Greg Rickford, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, announced the Government of Canada’s approval of four long-term LNG export licences for Pacific NorthWest LNG, Prince Rupert LNG, WCC LNG and Woodfibre LNG.

LNG player BG Group of UK is reportedly cutting nearly 300 jobs in Britain and making significant cuts in Australia, where it is developing the US$20.4 QCLNG project.

Atlantic LNG Contract Goes to Wood Group JV

Neal & Massy Wood Group (NMWG) said it has been awarded a master services agreement (MSA) to deliver construction services to Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago, the largest liquefied natural gas producer in the Western Hemisphere.

Monadelphous Nabs Three APLNG Contracts

Monadelphous Group has secured three contracts with the Australia Pacific LNG Project, worth $250 million, for the construction of upstream gas processing and compression facilities associated with its CSG to LNG project in Queensland, the company said in a statement.
