Dominion Energy sells 25 percent stake in Cove Point

U.S. LNG operator Dominion Energy has entered into an agreement with Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners to sell a 25 percent non-controlling equity interest in Cove Point to Brookfield for just over $2 billion.

FERC grants permit for Cameron LNG Train 2 commissioning start

The United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) granted Sempra Energy to start the commissioning process of the second liquefaction train at the Cameron LNG plant in Hackberry, Louisiana.
