TSC Wins Two Contracts in China for Supply of Cranes and Conductor Tensioning Units

 

An international rig product and total solutions provider, TSC Group Holdings Limited (“TSC” or the “Company”) together with its subsidiaries (the “Group”) has recently signed contracts with Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd. (“BOMCO”), the largest machinery manufacturer under China National Petroleum Corporation (“CNPC”), and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore Co., Ltd. (“DSIC-Offshore”) for the supply of deck cranes, BOP cranes and conductor tensioning units.

The total value of these contracts amounted to US$13.30 million.

TSC will provide BOMCO with three kingpost cranes for DSJ-300 jack-up drilling rigs for a total contract amount of US$5.04 million. BOMCO, with the largest number of API licenses in the world, is the largest onshore rigs and drilling equipment manufacturer in the world.

In addition to the contract from BOMCO, TSC has also been awarded US$8.28 million contracts from DSIC-Offshore, one of the leading offshore engineering companies in the world and is a subsidiary of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., the largest shipbuilding company in China. Pursuant to the contracts, four sets of conductor tensioning units and two sets of BOP cranes will be delivered for JU2000E jack-up drilling rigs.
