Tullow Names New Non-Exec Director

Tullow Oil plc has appointed Jeremy Wilson as a non-executive Director with effect from 21 October 2013.

According to the company’s press release Jeremy brings extensive strategic and corporate finance experience to Tullow following a successful career at JPMorgan where he joined as a graduate and is currently Vice Chairman of their Energy Group.

During his time at the bank, he has held a variety of senior positions including Co-Head European Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Co-Head of Natural Resources and Diversified Industrials. Wilson is also a non-executive Director of FTSE350 energy services company, John Wood Group PLC.

Tullow Oil plc is a multinational oil and gas exploration company founded in Tullow, Ireland with its headquarters in London, United Kingdom.
