Two-Cargo LNG Buy Tender Launched by Argentina

Argentina has reportedly launched a buy tender for two liquefied natural gas cargoes into the country’s Escobar LNG terminal.

Cargoes are to be delivered in late-July and mid-August respectively in Argentina’s search to fill out its gas needs for the winter period, Reuters informs.

Reuters reminds that state-run YPF launched a tender for six LNG cargoes but only managed to secure four of them a month ago, and traders expected it to re-tender for the remaining supply.
