UK books another LNG cargo

The UK’s South Hook LNG terminal has been scheduled for another delivery of Qatari LNG.

The Al Samriya LNG tanker, with a capacity of 263,000 cbm, is sailing from Ras Laffan and is scheduled for arrival on February 5, port data reveals.

It will be the first delivery to South Hook LNG terminal in February after a very busy beginning of the year.

The South Hook terminal can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year and is capable of delivering 21 billion cubic metres of gas a year into the UK’s national transmission system.
