UK: Guernsey Electricity Reports Loss on MCT Investment
Guernsey Electricity’s annual report has revealed the company has lost £136,000 on the investment in Bristol-based tidal energy expert, Writes This is Guernsey.
Namely, GE did not release the figures earlier this year when the MCT was sold to Siemens.
Despite the great loss, Managing director Alan Bates said that the investment was worthwhile.
