UK’s Grain LNG terminal to get reloaded cargo from Belgium

Chevron’s Asia Vision LNG tanker is set to deliver a reloaded cargo of the chilled fuel to UK’s Grain LNG terminal, located on the Isle of Grain, Kent.

The 160,000-cbm tanker is currently loading a cargo of previously imported LNG at Fluxys-operated Zeebrugge LNG terminal.

The ship will depart from Zeebrugge during the day and is expected to arrive at National Grid’s Grain LNG terminal on Saturday, shipping data by the port of Zeebrugge shows.

LNG carrier Asia Vision had earlier this week unloaded a cargo at the Belgium terminal from Ras Laffan in Qatar.

Worth mentioning, the LNG tanker loaded the first cargo from Cheniere’s Sabine Pass liquefaction and export facility in Louisiana in February. The Sabine Pass cargo was later delivered to Petrobras-operated Guanabara Bay LNG terminal in Brazil.
