Corps Introduces Plaquemines Parish Dredging Plan

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has introduced details about the maintenance dredging project at the Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.

The work consists of dredging the Pilottown Anchorage Area to the limits and templates provided, and the disposal of all associated dredged material within the disposal areas shown on the contract drawings.

The estimated time of completion is 160 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The solicitation will include 8 drawings. The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.

The solicitation will issue on or about 18 December 2012, and established bid opening date of January 24, 2013.
