USA: Port of Miami, ZPMC Ink Contract for Container Cranes Procurement

On February 22, ZPMC and the Port of Miami, USA signed a contract for procurements of 4 quayside container cranes.

Located in southeastern Florida, USA, the Port of Miami is the first U.S. port which uses ZPMC’s port machinery products. In 1994, the Port of Miami purchased 4 Panamax quayside container cranes from ZPMC, which was of pioneering significance in the Chinese manufacturing sector. The 4 super giant Panamax quayside container cranes under the contract will be delivered before August of 2013.

ZPMC’s port machinery products are widely favored by U.S. users. At present, more than 80% of the port machinery products used by major port authorities and ports on the U.S. east and west coasts are from ZPMC. The success of the contract once again proves ZPMC’s advantages in brand, technology and quality of port machinery products, and further consolidates the high U.S. market share of ZPMC’s machinery products.
