USA: Sonardyne to Showcase Its Diver Detection Technology at ASIS

Sonardyne International Ltd’s Maritime Security division will be attending ASIS International 2012, one of the most comprehensive educational and networking events in the global security industry.

Held at the Pennsylvania Convention Centre, Philadelphia, the 58th annual seminar and exhibition runs from 10th-13th September.

Located on Booth 1115, Sonardyne will be showcasing Sentinel, the world’s most widely deployed underwater Intruder Detection Sonar. The system provides a 360° below water protection zone that can discriminate between genuine threats such as divers and swimmers, and non-threats such as large fish or pleasure craft. Sentinel is quick to deploy, providing instant protection for vessels, ports and critical waterside infrastructure.
