Video: Bechtel ramps up Curtis Island LNG production

Bechtel recently informed that it is moving ahead with the Curtis Island LNG projects with three more trains to be commissioned by the end of 2015.

By completing the construction on three additional trains, Bechtel will quadruple the production on Curtis Island LNG projects.

As Kevin Berg, General Manager of Bechtel Gladstone said, the QCLNG project that is already producing chilled gas will have its second train commissioned by the end of 2015 with one train coming online at GLNG and APLNG projects.

Two more trains will be completed in 2016 before Bechtel hands over the LNG plants to the owner teams for long-term operation.
