Vinashin's Delegation Pays Visit to HV Shipyard

On Feb. 24th, 2012, HVS leaders formally welcomed Vinashin delegation in her official visit at the company’s premises. Delegation includes 10 leaders of Vinashin Group guided by Mr. Vu Minh Phu – Chief of Production Technique and Safety Department (Former Vice President of HVS) to visit and exchange experience of ship building.

At the meeting, representative of HVS introduced some basic information such as shipbuilding process, management system, personnel organization structure, and plan on recruitment and training of company… This is the time for exchanging and learning from experience each other with its aim to help two sides to advance and develop. Delegation was guided to visit and study reality at ship building workshops and modern equipments of the company. The end of the visit, representative of delegation expressed thanks to company leaders about making favorable condition for delegation to visit well.

Hyundai – Vinashin Shipyard Co., Ltd. operates as a shipyard that provides ship repair, conversion, and shipbuilding services. It repairs and converts bulk carriers, crude oil/product tankers, containerships, pure car and truck carriers, LNG/LPG carriers, and dredgers/barges, as well as offshore projects, such as crane barges, floating platforms, and jack up rings.
