WestSide goes through board overhaul

WestSide Corporation announced a number of changes to the company’s Board following the recent takeover by Landbridge Energy Australia.

Cheng Ye, Chairman of the Landbridge Group has replaced Rob Neale as WestSide’s Chairman, with Jingxia Liu appointed as Director.

Rob Neale, John Clarke, Tony Gall and Trent Karoll have resigned as Directors of WestSide.
