Yasmin Allen joins Santos board

Australia’s Santos, operator of the GLNG project, appointed Yasmin Allen to the company’s Board as an independent non-executive director.

Allen has more than 20 years experience in finance and investment banking, including senior roles at Deutsche Bank AG, ANZ and HSBC Group, Santos said in a statement.

“Yasmin brings extensive leadership, governance and risk management skills to the Santos Board. She has a strong track record as a director of major ASX-listed companies and will make an excellent contribution to the Santos Board,” Santos Chairman, Ken Borda said.
