YPF of Argentina to Continue Buying LNG from GNF

YPF of Argentina said it will continue to buy LNG from Gas Natural Fenosa (GNF) of Spain despite a recent ruling against the purchases by an Argentine federal judge.

The ruling earlier this month threatened to complicate Argentina’s ability to keep its power plants running.

“We are going to keep going,” Reuters cited YPF chief Miguel Galuccio as saying.

“If the justice system says no, we’ll stop,” he added.
