4th Bahri Dry Bulker Delivered

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announced today that its subsidiary Bahri Dry Bulk (owned 60% by Bahri and 40% by Arasco) has received an 82,000 dwt dry bulk vessel, the Bahri Wafi.

“Bahri Wafi” is the fourth of five Kamsarmax vessels that were contracted in 2012 with the Oshima Shipbuilding (Japan).

These vessels have a length of 229 meters, and are equipped with modern fuel saving technologies and the latest equipment ensuring environmentally- friendly operation.

One more vessel remaining under construction is slated for delivery in the first half of 2014.
