New Zealand: Yachting Developments to Launch Catamaran Yacht Q5 in Early June
Catamaran yacht Q5 (hull YD66) developed by New Zealand – based yard Yachting Developments is a large volume cruising Super Catamaran currently under construction at Yachting Developments. The company is well on course for the launch in early June 2012.
The exterior styling and superstructure was designed by Warwick Yacht Design, the interior by Redman Whiteley Dixon. This luxury yacht will accommodate a minimum of 10 guests in five stunning cabins with three cabins dedicated to crew.
While the Q5 Catamaran will be mostly under sail power, it is also equipped with tow 450 horsepower diesel engines, with a fuel capacity of almost 10,000 liters.
