Khabarovsk Shipyard Splashes Tug RN Amur

The azimuth tug of design No. 2310 named RN Amur was launched from JSC Khabarovsk Ship Repair Yard on October 24. This is the first of two coastal tugs that are being constructed for Neftepromleasing LLC.

RN Amur is designed mainly for coastal navigation in sea areas under a maximum sea roughness with a wave height up to 7 meters. In addition to the primary pushing and towing services she has fire fighting capabilities.

Final outfitting and sea trials of the vessel will be carried out at the delivery site of JSC Khabarovsk Ship Repair Yard in Vladivostok.
