Afai Southern Carries Out Revision of Corporate Management System, China

Since mid-December of 2012, Afai Southern, according to the GB/T28001—2011 Requirements of Occupational Health and Safety Management System, carried out a comprehensive revision and improvement to the documents of the corporate management system.

The Company aimed at the changes of the structure and situation of corporate development, combined with activities for strengthening internal control management and management promotion.

Afai Southern’s management commission office gathered leaders of all the departments, every Saturday, to collectively revise management handbooks, procedure documents, working instructors and various table formats.
