Afai Southern Targets Further Improvements

Afai Southern Shipyard held an annual management assessment meeting of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management system on June 24th.

During the meeting, every department summarized and reported the operation situation of the management system in the past year. With respect to the problems submitted to review, every department analyzed the existing reasons and proposed the solutions and possible rectification measures. The meeting concluded with the formation of six improvement decisions.

The conclusions of the meeting required: strict implementation of the management system documents, undertaking of constant efforts aimed at improvement, keeping of the suitability, sufficiency and effectiveness of the management policy, management target and management system, ensuring full achievement of all the annual economical indexes and expedition of the scientific development of the enterprise.
