Russia and Ukraine in Cooperation Talks

On December 4, 2013 delegation of Ukrainian Government led by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Boyko paid a working trip to Moscow, where the delegation held talks with representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation led by the First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, on the development of trade and economic cooperation.

Yuriy Boyko and Igor Shuvalov also met with Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.

Among the issues of industrial cooperation during the talks cooperation in aviation industry, aerospace industry, shipbuilding, engineering and other areas was considered, including the State Enterprise “Shipyard named after 61 Communards” and “Black Sea shipyard”.

Also, the talks were held on the initiative to jointly build gas carriers and trawlers with the participation of Ukrainian and Russian enterprises.
