China: Hantong Shipyard Starts Construction of New Vessel for Eagle Bulk

On 8th Dec. 2011, the K/L ceremony for 57000DWT B.C (HT099) had been successfully carried out at No.1 slipway of Hantong shipyard.

The vessel is built for Eagle Bulk. The carrier has been Class approved by LR. Mr. Pan Xuejun—vice general manager together with the representatives of ship-owner and class attended this ceremony.

Jiangsu Hantong ship heavy industry Co., Ltd (HTS) is a newly-built large and medium-sized enterprise and the shipyard is speeding up the process of establishing modernized shipbuilding enterprise, and doing best to make theshipyard world class for marine & offshore.
