New Multi-Purpose Boat 'Bora' Put into Operation

The FSUE “Rosmorport” has commissioned its new Bora MPB 14 boat which was built by the Moscow Shipyard. This multi-purpose boat will be used by the company’s Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

The main purpose of the boat will be:

  • delivery of crew members and state committees representatives to vessels laying off in Novorossiysk Seaport;
  • transportation of pilots to/from vessels, and also provision of pilotage assistance to vessels heading to Novorossiysk Seaport;
  • quick and efficient inspection of navigational ways at the approaches to Novorossiysk Seaport;
  • transportation of cargo weighing not more than 500 kilos,
  • and as a crew boat for other purposes.
