Prozorov joins Gazprom’s management committee

Russian gas giant Gazprom said that its board elected Sergey Prozorov as a member of the management committee for a five-year term.

“Simultaneously, the Board of Directors terminated the authority of Yaroslav Golko as a Management Committee Member,” the company said in  a statement.

In October this year, the Gazprom’s construction department was set up with Prozorov as its head. He has been employed at Gazprom for 34 years.
