GAIL unloads 100th LNG cargo at Dahej
GAIL of India has unloaded the company’s 100th cargo of liquefied natural gas at the Petronet-operated Dahej terminal on India’s west coast.
This was revealed by GAIL in a brief statement on Monday without providing more information.
According to shipping data, the 161,870-cbm Maran Gas Apollonia left the Dahej facility on India’s west coast early Monday.
Gail did not answer to an e-mail by LNG World News seeking comment regarding the matter by the time this article was published.
Petronet LNG has earlier this year given a green light for the expansion of Dahej terminal’s capacity to 17.5 mtpa.
The company is already working on expanding Dahej’s capacity from 10 mtpa to 15 mtpa.
