PNG: Oil Search Welcomes New CFO

Oil Search announced the appointment of Stephen Gardiner as Chief Financial Officer.

Stephen has been with Oil Search for almost nine years in various senior management roles and brings demonstrated corporate finance and management skills to the CFO role, including having led the Oil Search finance function for many years prior to his current position.

Stephen joined Oil Search in early 2004, after a twenty year career in finance, including senior financial positions at major Australian multinational companies including CSR Limited and Pioneer International Limited.

Stephen will continue to act as Group Secretary for Oil Search.
