HAO TIAN RES GP to Build LNG Fueling Stations in Xinjiang (China)

HAO TIAN RES GP announced that, on 22 April 2013, Baicheng County People’s Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, issued an approval to authorise Xinjiang Hao Tian Heng Ye Trading Developments Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, to construct three liquefied natural gas fueling stations in Baicheng County.

Up to the date of the announcement, the Group had obtained the governmental approvals to construct eight liquefied natural gas fueling stations in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

The Group said they will continue to develop the natural gas business in Xinjiang and ensure that the projects will comply with the land planning, safety and environmental protection requirements.
