Nigerian LNG Cargo Heads for Portugal

Portugal’s Port of Sines is scheduled to receive a shipment of LNG from Nigeria on June 22, according to port data.

The cargo is being hauled by the LNG Ogun, a 149,600 cubic-meter tanker, and it is sailing from Nigeria’s Bonny terminal.

The Sines terminal is held by REN Atlântico and has a nominal send out capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per hour (5.26 bcm per year), with a peak capacity of 900,000 cubic meters per hour.
