Storming start to Fastnet after delay

Following a 25-hour delay timed to avoid a potential disaster, the combined classes of the Rolex Fastnet Race yesterday embarked on their 608-mile dash to the famous lighthouse off the West Cork coastline and back to the finishing at Plymouth.
