A first for Offshore WIND Conference

This year Offshore WIND Conference will boast two chairmen who will be guiding and moderating the sessions while also offering their vision on the challenges and opportunities on the road ahead. A first for the event.

Chairman day 1: Bent Thambo Jensen, CCO, Ziton

Ziton is a specialised operations and maintenance service provider to offshore wind farm owners and turbine manufacturers.

Bent Thambo Jensen will be shedding light on the challenges to be face short term in the road up to 2023. Chairing the day which includes sessions on cannibalization of the electricity market, human capital, trial and triumph in bidding systems and upcoming talent.

Chairman day 2: Mike Blanch, Associate Director, BVG Associates

BVG Associates form renewable energy consultants focusing on wind, wave and tidal, and energy systems. Mike Blanch will guide delegates in forecasting the future up to 2050 an beyond through topics on reading the future map, oil – gas and wind: friend or foe and space meets wind.
