AFW names Halliburton’s Jonathan Lewis as CEO

UK-based LNG engineer Amec Foster Wheeler on Wednesday informed it has named Jonathan Lewis as chief executive officer, effective June 1, 2016. 

The company informed in its statement that Ian McHoul will cease to be interim CEO and remain as CFO.

Lewis brings 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and joins Amec Foster Wheeler from Halliburton where he held a number of senior roles since 1996.

He is currently based in Houston, Texas where he is a senior vice president and a member of the Halliburton Executive Committee, with responsibility, since 2014 for leading the completion & production division, AFW said.

Lewis will relocate to London and Amec Foster Wheeler revealed that his annual pay will be £775,000 (approx. US$1.1 million).
