Antrim completes subsidiary sale (UK)

Antrim Energy Inc., an international oil and gas exploration company, has announced that it has completed its previously announced sale of Antrim Resources (N.I.) Limited and settled its outstanding obligations under its Payment and Oil Swap agreements with Credit Suisse AG and Credit Suisse International.

With no debt Antrim now has an improved platform to pursue development of its remaining assets as well as consider new opportunities, raise capital or seek other strategic alternatives, including a possible business combination, to maximize shareholder value.
