Atlantic Offshore lets go NOA contract

Atlantic Offshore has terminated the fleet management agreement with Nordic American Offshore.

The company said that Atlantic Offshore will take delivery of four new vessels within the next four months and reported the intent to focus their resources on managing these.

“In addition, we want to avoid conflicts of interest in the future, as both AO and NAO bid on the same contracts, and both companies plan to expand within the PSV segment,” said Atlantic Offshore.
