Atlantska Plovidba Takes Over New Supramax Vessel from Korean Shipyard

 

On April 4th 2012 newbuilding m/v AP Astarea was delivered to Atlantska Plovidba by STX Shipbuilding Co, Jinhae.

This newbuilding is a supramax vessel, 190 m in length, breadth 32,26 m and 18,50 m moulded depth with main engine type IX 6850MC-C.3X7L16/24 and can reach maximum speed of 14,5 knots.

The AP Astarea with the yard No. S-1431 is the first in a series of three vessel ordered from STX Shipbuilding, remaining vessel are scheduled for delivery later this year.
