Austal Forms Strategic Partnership with MB’92 (Spain)

MB’92 and Austal announce a strategic partnership to offer leading support services to the superyacht and high speed vessel markets.

As part of this agreement, Austal will commence operations in MB’92’s Barcelona facility.

Austal, leading global shipbuilder and defence prime contractor, and Marina Barcelona 92 (MB’92), the largest shipyard in the Mediterranean specialising in the refit and repair of superyachts, have signed a strategic partnership agreement to offer leading support services to the superyacht and high speed vessel markets.

MB’92 and Austal believe the partnership will unlock significant value for both industries.

As part of this agreement, Austal will provide naval architecture, engineering, aluminium fabrication, welding, pipe work and consultancy at MB’92.
