BAM Clough completes Ichthys' MOF

The MOF was constructed as part of the INPEX-operated Ichthys LNG Project and will be used to offload very large modules to assemble the LNG liquefaction plant. BAM Infraconsult/DMC was responsible for the design.

Currently BAM Clough is also constructing the Project’s Product Loading Jetty. This project is expected to be delivered to the client on schedule, by the end of this year.

BAM Clough is a 50/50 joint venture between BAM International bv (part of Royal BAM Group) and Clough Limited. This year the joint venture celebrates 50 years of successful partnership and project delivery. BAM Clough has recently added a fifteenth project to its row of major near shore marine projects.

Likened to three mega-projects in one, Ichthys includes an offshore project with subsea facilities and two large floating platforms (central processing facility and floating production storage and offloading facility); an onshore project featuring a 8.4 million tonne per annum LNG plant in Darwin; and an 889 km 42-inch gas transmission pipeline.
