BG Buys Six LNG Cargoes from Enel

LNG player BG has reportedly purchased six liquefied natural gas cargoes from Enel of Italy as the company seeks to replace lost supplies from its Egyptian operations.

BG bought the LNG cargoes at an average price of $15.70 per million British thermal units, not including shipping costs, Reuters informs.

The company will take delivery of the LNG cargoes from October, 2014 at the Bonny LNG terminal in Nigeria, where Enel owns export capacity.
