Black & Veatch in Middle East Move

To further strengthen support for clients in the United Arab Emirates, and other Middle Eastern countries, Black & Veatch has moved its operations to a new Dubai location.

The new operation is part of the company’s growth plan for the region, which also includes an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Black & Veatch has been serving communities in the Middle East since the 1920s, undertaking projects that enhance quality of life: power generation and oil and gas to support economic development, and water and sanitation to improve health. The new operation enhances the company’s ability to provide local support to further the development of critical power, water and oil and gas infrastructure in the region.

This is especially vital in arid areas such as the Middle East. We bring together Black & Veatch’s globally recognized energy and water expertise in one location and combine it with our integrated project team approach. This allows us to better meet the needs of local clients.”

Dubai-based professionals from Black & Veatch’s Energy, Water and Construction & Procurement divisions have relocated to the new operation in Dubai’s Internet City. It provides an operations base for planning and execution for both professional services and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.
