Bunker Supplier BFC Debuts in Port of Novorossiysk

BFC-Yug, part of Baltic Fuel Company Group (BFC) that runs a program for expansion of its geographic footprint, on September 9, 2013 successfully bunkered the Malta-flagged TurkanSaylan dry bulk carrier (LOA – 138 m, Breadth – 25 m , Draft – 8.3 m, Displacement – 18,721 T) in the port of Novorossiysk, the Group said on Tuesday.

 BFC Yug’s tanker Captain Shiryaev refueled the bulker with 300 metric tonnes of IFO380 HS and 50 mt of diesel fuel.

This was the first step of Baltic Fuel Company Group in expansion of bunker sales volume in the port of Novorossiysk and other Russian ports of the Black Sea coast“, the company said in a press release.
