Cargotec to Supply MacGregor RoRo Access Equipment for Neptune Line's New PCTCs

Cargotec will supply MacGregor RoRo access equipment for two 3,500 CEU Neptune Line PCTCs, ensuring reliable operations and fast port turnaround times

In October, Cargotec received a contract from Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea to deliver MacGregor RoRo cargo access equipment for Neptune Line’s two new 3,500 CEU pure car/truck carriers (PCTCs).

Cargotec will supply each vessel with an axial stern ramp/door, a quarter ramp/door, two rampway doors, a movable flap and a liftable car deck, along with pilot and bunker doors and a power pack.

“We have a good relationship with Hyundai Mipo and we are proud to be involved in this project,” says Karl-Axel Persson, Sales and Contract Manager for RoRo ships at Cargotec. “Supplying our efficient and reliable MacGregor RoRo cargo access equipment will ensure reliable operations and fast port turnaround times for the operator.”
