Chevron: Wheatstone LNG Project Update (VIDEO)

Chevron’s Wheatstone LNG project, one of Australia’s largest resource projects, is about 35 percent complete and remains on schedule for a start-up in 2016.

The LNG project will include an onshore facility at Ashburton North, 7 miles (12 km) west of Onslow in Western Australia’s Pilbara region.

It also includes two liquefied natural gas processing facilities with a combined capacity of 8.9 million tonnes per annum and a domestic gas plant.
