China: CIC Changxing Shipyard Completes Repair Works for MV Wan Hai 601

On April 4th 2012, CIC Changxing Shipyard successfully completed the repair works for MV Wan Hai 601. The main repair items were the chemical cleaning of M/E & A/E air coolers, overhauling of two sets of A/E LO pumps, the inspection of M/E shaft system, steel renewal for cell guides, shell plate and stringers of portside fresh water tank and longitudinal of stbd fresh water tank.

CIC Changxing Shipyard organized two teams on board and made out a reasonable product plan for the vessel. The SRM, business representative, supervisors strictly followed the shipyard’s principle of being honest and offering the best service to the owners, to ensure the on-time redelivery, good safety & repair quality. Under the care of the yard’s leaders, all the staff of the repair teams united together to fulfill the repair successfully.
