China: CIC, GPS, Richtech and Morimatsu Team Up to Form Strong Player in Offshore Industry

CIC, GPS, Richtech international engineering Inc. and Morimatsu (JMO) signed G.R.M.C. strategic memorandum of understanding on a signing ceremony in Shanghai on 11 Nov, 2011. CIC general manager, Mr. Wu Chengye, GPS CEO Mr. Ian F Prescott, Richtech CEO Mr. Yan Zhou and Morimatsu (China) general manager Mr. Xue Jiangyin gave addresses respectively on the signing ceremony.

During the signing ceremony, CIC general manager Mr. Wu gave the speech and expressed his wish to develop the consortium to be a strong and powerful player in the offshore oil and gas industry. GPS CEO Mr. Prescott also expressed his wish to bring significant value to China O&G industry. Richtech CEO Mr. Yan Zhou expressed his confidence that consortium will have its position in offshore industry and Morimatsu General manager Mr. Xue Jiangyin expressed his belief that the 4 parties can have a good cooperation.

CIC deputy general manger Mr. Li Zhenjian, CIC(SP) deputy general manager Mr. Lin Libin , CIC(SP) offshore team, GPS Regional general manager Mr. Steven Chadwick, Richtech general marketing supervisor Mr. Tang Hao, Morimatsu Deputy general manager Mr. Ni Xiaoping, CFO Mr. Kazuaki Sanada and deputy general sales manager Ms Lily Zhang joined the signing ceremony.
