CIC Lixin Shipyard Successfully Repairs Vessel MV Fesco Aleksandrov

On November 17th, CIC Lixin Shipyard successfully completed the repair M.V. Fesco Aleksandrov. M.V. Fesco Aleksandrov (LOA 184.6m and molded breadth 22.9m) dry docked at Lixin Shipyard on October 19th.

The repair projects were 140 tons steel structure renewal, cargo holds treatment, the check and repair for 2 sets of M/E air cooler, 2 sets lub. oil cooler, capstan, M/E turbo charger and the survey of tailshaft. The main projects were the cargo holds treatment and 140 tons steel structure renewal. With the joint efforts from the engineering department & other departments and the reasonable arrangement of manpower & effective allocation of resources, the subject vessel was redelivered to the owners with merely 28 days.
