CIC Boluomiao Finishes Xin Beihai Repairs, China

CIC Boluomiao Shipyard has finished the repairs of the panama type container vessel “Xin Beihai”. The vessel has been re-delivered to the owners on Feb 27, 2013.

The ship arrived at the shipyard on Feb 3, 2013. The major repair work included No.1-No.7 cargo holds hatch plates renewal, repair and painting of 39 pcs of hatch covers, electro-mechanical repairs and conventional dry-docking repairs.

Despite all the difficulties, the Spring Festival, short docking period, laborberth field shortage etc the repair project was completed on time with a good quality.
