Community Square: New feature at Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference

Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (OEEC), held annually in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, has a new spot on the exhibition floor – Community Square.

During the two-day event this week, Community Square, in Hall 5, of the Amsterdam Rai Arena, will be hosting three discussion programs covering various topics from the world of energy.

What is more, there will be a live stream of the “ON AIR” talk-shows for those not attending this year. All the sessions will be live-streamed on OffshoreEnergyToday.com.

The talk-shows will look at the bigger picture in energy, and at people as being consumers, taxpayers, and customers, in addition to being energy professionals.

Each 30-minute talk-show will be followed by a 30 minute off the air public discussion. Audience present at Community Square will be able to use Silent Disco headphones, ensuring not a single word is missed.

In between the shows on stage, there is the opportunity to enjoy the World Energy Cinema, featuring videos from around the world on energy. From offshore oil, gas and wind production to solar power in the desert, and from hydro-power in the mountains to wave and tidal energy in the sea, the World Energy Cinema will show the diversity of energy resources and how they are used on all continents.
