ConocoPhillips UK Hires KL Brofjord PSV

ConocoPhillips UK has recently chartered the KL Brofjord platform supply vessel from Norway’s K Line Offshore, a subsidiary of Japan’s Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“K” Line).

According to Westshore Shipbrokers, the oil firm has hired the PSV on a five-month firm contract with additional three monthly options. The dayrate for the charter has been set at GBP 15.500 (USD 24.450).

KL Brofjord, built at STX Brevik 2011, has a deadweight of 5166 MT and cargo deck area of 1.100 m2.
