Denmark: Dong Hires New Chief Customer Officer

 

Tomas Lykke Nielsen, former Vice President of Customer Experience, joined DONG Energy 1 May as the new Chief Customer Officer. He will continue the work with customer satisfaction, and he will be in charge of the Customer Service Centre, the Customer First” project, Billing and Customer Financial Operations.

Lars Clausen, Executive Vice President for DONG Energy Sales and Distribution said:

”Tomas has been the head of customer satisfaction and customer experiences in TDC. He is very much responsible for TDC’s success with increasing the customer satisfaction substantially during the last three years.

 Some of Tomas Lykke Nielsen’s results include a reduction in the number of complaints of 60%, an improvement of all key figures on customer satisfaction, and halving the number of bad customer experiences.

For Tomas Lykke Nielsen, it is critical to be able to support and further develop DONG Energy’s work on becoming the customers’ preferred energy company:
