Det norske awards well management deal to Ross Offshore

Ross Offshore AS today announces a contract award with Det norske oljeselskap ASA (Det norske). The contract is for seven years, with three year’s firm, and two plus two years optional.

Det norske awards well management deal to Ross OffshoreThe contract consists of planning and implementation work, including total well management, as part of Det norske’s exploration program in the years to come.

The contract involves support of Det norske in their extensive work in exploration drilling, and optional work in production drilling, interventions and ultimately P&A. This also includes consultancy on the development of the “Ivar Aasen” field. Part of the contract will take effect immediately. The contract will involve all departments in Ross Offshore including; Drilling & Well, Subsea & Intervention, Marine & Logistics and Subsurface.

Ross Offshore’s will support Det norske with highly dedicated personnel from our offices in Stavanger and Bergen, Sandefjord and Oslo, and the operations will be led from Det Norske offices in Oslo and Trondheim.
